The annual chalk fest is for building school and community spirit. Each teacher/class will select a Book Cover. It can be a specific theme for that grade, a book that will be read during the year, or students' favorite. 

Every class is provided a grid, and a basic outline of the design is  drawn. Each student is assigned their own 1’x1’ square to color/shade/blend with chalk.

Once complete, the class has created its own magnificent art piece.
