August 18 - Class placement visible on Aeries @ 4:00
August 18 - TK and Kinder Back to School Nights @ 5:30. We know TK and Kinder parents and guardians have lots of questions, so we want to make sure you have answers. This is an adult-only event.
August 19 - TK Meet & Greet @ 12:00-1:00pm, Kinder Meet & Greet @ 3:00 - 4:00pm. You and your child are invited to join us in the TK and Kinder play yard. Your child can meet their teacher and you will have an opportunity to get to know other TK or Kinder families.
August 19 - TLC Open House, TK 12:00 - 1:00. K-6 2:30 - 4:30
August 20 - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL (regular bell schedule)
August 28 - Welcome Back Movie Night
September 1 - MHES Spirit Wear Day
September 2 - Back to School Night, Grades 1-6
September 7 - NO SCHOOL - Labor Day
September 8 - PTA Meeting @ 6:30 in MPR
September 14-18 - Goal Setting Conferences, MINIMUM Days
September 18 - Denim Day
September 21 - Fall Recess Day (NO SCHOOL)

Our Melinda Heights PTA would love your help!
There are still a few Committee chair positions open for several FUN & IMPORTANT events/activities that are a crucial part of our Melinda Heights community. We are hoping to find some new volunteers to fill these open spots so our kids can continue to enjoy these activities next year.
